Training on polypropylene manufacturing unit
Polypropylene is used in both household and industrial applications. Its unique properties and ability to adapt to various fabrication techniques make it stand out as an invaluable material for a wide range of uses. Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic made from the combination of propylene monomers. It is a linear hydrocarbon resin. The chemical formula of polypropylene is (C3H6)n. PP is among the cheapest plastics available today.
It is used in a variety of applications to include packaging for consumer products. It is used as cushion parts for various industries including the automotive industry. Main applications In automobile industry include battery cases and trays, bumpers, fender liners, interior trim, instrumental panels and door trims. Polypropylene is used in several household products and consumer goods applications including housewares, furniture, appliances, luggage, toys etc.
Polypropylene is a major polymer with a growth rate higher than any other plastics because of the versatility of polypropylene. In our course, we train the students on the basic chemical process along with the mechanical aspects of the industry. it is mainly useful for Chemical engineers and Petroleum Engineers working in downstream process. It is an expert level training. The student shall have the basic domain experience in the industry.
