Project Planning Course for Civil Engineers

The Project Planning Course prepares civil engineers to work as planning engineers, project coordinators and scheduling professionals in building, infrastructure, metro, road, water, energy, industrial and EPC projects. The program trains learners in planning concepts, scheduling tools, monitoring, documentation, resource optimization and project control as per Indian and international construction practices.

  • Estimating direct and indirect costs

  • Cash flow forecasting and S-curve analysis

  • Cost control techniques and cost reporting

  • Value engineering and cost optimization methods

6. Monitoring, Reporting and Coordination

  • Daily, weekly and monthly progress monitoring

  • DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and MIS reports

  • Planning-engineering-QAQC-team coordination

  • Delay analysis and claims support documentation

7. Risk and Contract Integration
