This Faculty / Expert / Trainer Agreement applies to any faculty member, subject-matter expert, industry professional, consultant, trainer or other individual who provides, or agrees to provide, training, mentoring, technical guidance, consultancy or related professional services through or in association with Pertecnica.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with Pertecnica, submitting professional information, accepting a training or consulting assignment, conducting a session, or providing services through Pertecnica, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.

Any decision to associate with Pertecnica based on information published on the Pertecnica website is made at your own discretion and constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions.

2. Professional Information

Faculty and experts are responsible for providing accurate information concerning their qualifications, experience, certifications, professional background and areas of expertise.

Pertecnica may rely on the information provided by the individual when presenting their profile or expertise to students, clients or other users.

3. Training and Professional Responsibilities

Faculty and experts shall make reasonable efforts to deliver training, mentoring or professional services in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule and professional standards.

They are expected to maintain appropriate professional conduct and treat students, clients, colleagues and other participants respectfully.

Any course material, technical information or professional advice provided should be appropriate to the agreed subject and within the individual’s stated area of expertise.

4. No Unauthorised Promises

Faculty, trainers and experts shall not independently promise or guarantee employment, placement, salary, internship, promotion, admission, certification or any particular career or business outcome to students, trainees or clients on behalf of Pertecnica.

Any statement concerning Pertecnica’s services, placement assistance, employment opportunities or commercial commitments must remain consistent with information officially authorised by Pertecnica.

5. Training Materials and Intellectual Property

Faculty and experts shall respect the intellectual property rights of Pertecnica, students, clients and third parties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, training materials, presentations, documents, recordings, designs, software, methodologies or other materials supplied by a faculty member remain subject to the applicable ownership and usage rights.

Neither party shall knowingly use or distribute copyrighted, confidential or proprietary material belonging to another party without appropriate permission.

6. Confidentiality

Faculty and experts may receive confidential information concerning students, clients, projects, business operations, technical requirements or other matters.

Such information shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed or used for purposes unrelated to the agreed engagement, except where authorised or required by law.

7. Student and Client Interaction

Faculty and experts shall maintain appropriate professional boundaries when interacting with students and clients. Personal, commercial or professional arrangements outside the authorised scope of the engagement should not be represented as being endorsed or guaranteed by Pertecnica.

8. Payments and Engagement Terms

Fees, payment schedules, session requirements, deliverables, cancellation conditions and other commercial terms shall be governed by the applicable written agreement, proposal, assignment or communication accepted by the parties.

9. Independent Professional Status

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, association with Pertecnica as a faculty member, trainer or expert does not by itself create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

Professional outcomes may depend upon circumstances beyond Pertecnica’s control. Pertecnica shall not be responsible for personal expectations, assumptions, representations or commitments made independently by a faculty member, trainer or expert without proper authorisation.

11. Agreement

By continuing to associate with Pertecnica or providing services through the organisation, the faculty member, expert or trainer confirms that they have understood and accepted this Agreement and agree to comply with applicable Pertecnica policies and written engagement terms.
