Pertecnica Engineering LLP

This Student / Training Participant Agreement applies to every student, trainee, learner or individual who registers for, enrols in, attends, or participates in any training, skill-development, internship-support or related program offered or facilitated by Pertecnica.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Pertecnica website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a program, making a payment, attending training, or using any training-related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.

Information published on the Pertecnica website is intended to provide general information about our programs and services. Any decision to enrol or participate based on information available on the website is made by the user at their own discretion and constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions.

2. Training and Learning

Pertecnica provides training and skill-development services according to the course structure, duration, curriculum and facilities applicable to the selected program.

Training outcomes may vary depending on the participant’s attendance, participation, learning ability, previous knowledge, practical performance, assessment results and other factors.

Completion of a training program or receipt of a certificate does not guarantee employment, placement, salary, internship or any specific career outcome.

3. Placement Assistance — No Guarantee

Pertecnica may provide placement assistance, career guidance, employer interaction, interview opportunities or information about relevant job openings where such support is available.

Placement assistance is not a job guarantee. Final selection, appointment, salary, designation and employment conditions are determined solely by the respective employer.

Pertecnica does not promise or guarantee that every participant will receive a job, interview, internship or employment opportunity.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must provide accurate information regarding their identity, educational qualifications, experience, contact details and other relevant information.

Participants are responsible for attending training, completing assignments or assessments, following applicable rules and maintaining appropriate conduct.

Pertecnica may take appropriate action, including restricting participation, in cases of misconduct, false information, non-compliance or misuse of services.

5. Course Information and Changes

Course content, schedules, trainers, delivery methods, facilities and other program details may be modified when reasonably necessary. Pertecnica may update or improve programs to reflect industry, technology or operational requirements.

6. Third-Party Employers

Where employment opportunities or employer interactions are facilitated, such opportunities may involve independent third parties. Pertecnica does not control the recruitment decisions, employment terms, salary, working conditions or subsequent conduct of any employer.

7. No Liability for Personal Expectations

Participants acknowledge that educational and career outcomes depend upon several factors beyond Pertecnica’s control. Pertecnica shall not be responsible for personal expectations, assumptions, interpretations or representations that are not expressly authorised or provided in writing by Pertecnica.

8. Agreement

By continuing to use Pertecnica’s website or training services, the participant confirms that they have understood and accepted this Agreement and agree to comply with the applicable policies and terms of Pertecnica.
